Initial Consultation
New clients receive a brief 10 minute consultation on arrival to confirm your treatment with our prescribing doctor.
Prescription valid for 12 months.
Your Infusion
Sit back and relax while Sanjana administers your infusion. Most sessions take 30 to 60 minutes.
Aftercare
Rest, hydrate and let your body absorb everything. We leave you with a personalised aftercare sheet.
Your first visit, explained.
A $60 deposit is required at the time of booking. A one-time $35 prescription fee is added at checkout on the day by your nurse, covering your doctor consultation and treatment authorisation.
Your prescription is valid for 12 months. No repeat fee unless your treatment changes.
Example: Hydration Elixir ($300) + prescription fee ($35) = $335. Minus $60 deposit = $275 balance on the day.
Same treatment, no extra fees.
Your $60 deposit is deducted in full from your treatment cost on the day. No prescription fee applies as long as your treatment remains the same and your script is still valid.
Changing your treatment? A new prescription is required and the $35 fee will apply at your next visit.
Example: Hydration Elixir ($300). Minus $60 deposit = $240 balance on the day.

Before you book.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. All IV infusion treatments require a valid doctor's prescription. For new clients, this is arranged as part of your first appointment. The $35 prescription fee covers this and is valid for 12 months.
Where do you come?
We come to your home, office, hotel or any suitable private location across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Just provide your address at the time of booking.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. All treatments are administered by an AHPRA-registered nurse using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients under medical prescription. We conduct a full health assessment before every treatment to ensure suitability.
How long does a session take?
Most IV drip sessions take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your chosen treatment. Booster shots take 10 to 15 minutes. Your nurse will advise the expected duration when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the $60 deposit. No-shows are charged 50% of the total appointment value.
