Your first visit, explained.
At booking you can choose to pay a $60 deposit or pay your treatment in full. Either way, a $49 clinical assessment fee will be added at checkout on the day of your appointment. This covers your initial clinical consultation and is not included in your online payment.
Your assessment is valid for 12 months for your specific treatment. No repeat fee unless your treatment changes.
Deposit option: Treatment ($300) + assessment ($49) = $349. Minus $60 deposit = $289 on the day.
Pay in full option: Treatment paid online + assessment ($49) = $49 on the day.
Straightforward every time.
At booking you can choose to pay a $60 deposit or pay your treatment in full. No assessment fee applies provided your treatment remains the same and your assessment is still valid.
If you paid in full at booking, nothing further is owed for your treatment on the day. If you paid a deposit, your remaining balance is collected on the day. If your treatment changes, a $49 assessment fee will apply at your next appointment.

Where do you come?
We come to your home, office, hotel or any suitable private location across Brisbane. Just provide your address on the client intake form.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. All treatments are administered by an AHPRA-registered nurse. We conduct a full health assessment before every treatment to ensure suitability.
How long does a session take?
Most IV drip sessions take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your chosen treatment. Booster shots take 10 to 15 minutes. Your nurse will advise the expected duration when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the $60 deposit. No-shows are charged 50% of the total appointment value.
