Cancellation and Refunds
Last updated: July 2026
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds. By booking with strIVe, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel or reschedule through our online booking system, by phone, or by emailing us at contact@striveiv.com.au.
A $60 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for all clients. This deposit is deducted from your total on the day.
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in full.
- Deposits are non-transferable to another person.
New clients: Your $60 deposit secures your appointment. A one-time $35 prescription fee is required before your first infusion. This fee is added by your nurse at checkout on the day and covers your initial doctor consultation and treatment authorisation. Your $60 deposit is then deducted from your remaining balance.
Returning clients continuing the same treatment: Your full $60 deposit is deducted directly from your treatment cost on the day. No doctor consultation or prescription fee is required provided your treatment remains the same and your prescription is still valid.
Returning clients changing their treatment: If you change to a different treatment, a new prescription is required. A $35 prescription fee will be added at checkout on the day of your next appointment. Your $60 deposit is then deducted from your remaining balance.
Prescriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. As long as your treatment remains the same, no further doctor consultation or prescription fee is required within that period. If your treatment changes or your prescription expires, a new prescription will be required before your next infusion.
New client, $300 treatment: Treatment $300 + prescription fee $35 = $335 total. Minus $60 deposit = $275 balance on the day.
Returning client, same treatment, $300: Treatment $300. Minus $60 deposit = $240 balance on the day.
Returning client, changed treatment, $300: Treatment $300 + prescription fee $35 = $335 total. Minus $60 deposit = $275 balance on the day.
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the following applies:
- Your $60 deposit will be forfeited.
- An additional 50% of your total appointment value will be charged to the payment method on file.
Example: If your booked treatment is $300 and you do not show up, you will forfeit your $60 deposit and be charged an additional $150 (50% of $300), totalling $210.
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no cost provided you give at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
We are committed to providing safe, high quality treatments. If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at contact@striveiv.com.au or +61 411 393 278 and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. As IV therapy is a clinical service administered by a registered healthcare professional, we are unable to offer blanket refunds for completed treatments. If you experience any adverse reaction, please contact us immediately.
The $35 prescription fee applies to new clients and to returning clients who change their treatment. It covers the cost of doctor consultation and treatment authorisation and is added at checkout on the day by your nurse.
This fee is non-refundable once the prescription has been issued, as the clinical service has been rendered regardless of whether the infusion proceeds.
Prescriptions are valid for 12 months. Returning clients continuing with the same treatment will not be charged the prescription fee again within that period. If your prescription expires or you change your treatment, a new prescription and fee will apply.
Contact us at contact@striveiv.com.au or call +61 411 393 278 and we will be happy to help.
