By bypassing the digestive system, IV therapy achieves near-complete absorption at concentrations that oral supplements simply cannot match. Every treatment is prescribed by a registered doctor and administered by a registered nurse.

Virtually anywhere within our service area — private residences, hotel rooms, Airbnbs, offices, and event spaces are all welcome. We only ask that the space has a comfortable chair or couch for you to sit or lie back in, and that your sleeves can be rolled up easily.
Most treatments run for 45 to 60 minutes from needle insertion to removal. Please allow a little extra time at either end — your nurse will complete a brief health assessment on arrival and ensure you are comfortable before starting. Cellular therapy sessions are longer and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on the treatment selected.
A travel fee may apply depending on your location within our service areas. Any applicable fee will be clearly communicated at the time of booking - there are no surprise charges. Group bookings at a single location may be eligible for reduced travel fees.
Yes- group bookings are available for events, hens' parties, corporate wellness days, and more. Get in touch directly to discuss your requirements and we will tailor a package. Each guest will still need to complete their own health intake and consent form prior to treatment.
All treatments are administered by a qualified registered nurse. IV therapy in Australia must be prescribed and overseen by a medical practitioner — we work with an independent doctor who reviews your intake form and issues your prescription prior to every session. There is also a mandatory consultation with the doctor, nurse and client prior to your appointment. This will take place at the time of appointment. Your script is valid for 12 months so the doctor consultation only needs to happen once.
Yes, when administered by trained clinical staff. All treatments are prescribed by a registered doctor, delivered by a registered nurse, and use pharmaceutical-grade products. As with any clinical procedure, minor risks exist — including bruising at the insertion site, mild nausea, or in rare cases an allergic reaction. Your nurse is trained to manage any adverse reactions and will remain with you for the duration of your session.
No referral is needed. After you book, we will send you a short health intake form. This is reviewed by our partner doctor, who provides the medical prescription and clearance before your first appointment. Your prescription is then valid for 12 months — no repeat consultations required unless your health circumstances change.
Certain medical conditions — including kidney disease, heart failure, and some electrolyte disorders — may mean IV therapy is not appropriate for you. Pregnancy is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our health intake form and doctor consultation process exist specifically to identify any contraindications before treatment begins. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
Your registered nurse will be present with you for the entire duration and is trained to manage any adverse reactions. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, the infusion can be slowed or stopped immediately. Your safety and comfort are always the priority.

Some clients opt for a single session for a specific occasion — travel recovery, post-event fatigue, or illness — while others incorporate regular treatments into their wellness routine monthly or fortnightly. Your nurse can advise on a schedule that suits your goals at your first appointment.
Yes. Most of our main IV drips can be enhanced with booster injections or infusion add-ons selected during the booking process. You can also request to customise your infusion with additional nutrients — your nurse will contact you before your appointment to discuss what is clinically appropriate for you.
You can book directly online through our booking page. Select your treatment, choose a date and time, complete your details, and pay the $60 deposit to secure your appointment. After booking you will receive your health intake and consent forms to complete before your appointment day. If you are a new client please also add our complimentary New Client Consultation to your booking.
Eat a light meal beforehand and make sure you are well hydrated — this makes vein access easier and more comfortable. Wear loose-fitting clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up. Avoid alcohol for at least a few hours before your session. Complete your health intake and consent forms before your nurse arrives.
Most clients feel energised and ready to continue their day immediately after treatment. There is no downtime required. You may have minor bruising at the insertion site, which typically resolves within a day or two. Stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activity for a couple of hours after your session.
A $60 deposit is required at the time of booking and is deducted from your total on the day. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so through your booking. We require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations under 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. A $60 deposit is paid online at the time of booking via card. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment via card. We accept all major cards. We do accept cash.
