strIVe exists because our founder, Sanjana, saw a gap between the clinical world and the wellness world and believed the two did not have to be so far apart.
Sanjana, brings years of registered nursing experience to every appointment. She is not here to treat you like a patient. She is here to support you like someone who genuinely understands what your body is going through and what it needs to feel well again.
We believe the most powerful thing you can do for your health is listen to your body, not override it. Every treatment we offer works with your body's natural processes - restoring, replenishing, and supporting from the inside out.

IV administration delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. This means higher absorption rates compared to oral supplements, which must pass through your gut where absorption can vary. This may be relevant for people with certain digestive or other health concerns. Your nurse can discuss whether this delivery method suits your situation.

When administered by qualified healthcare professionals using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and proper protocols, IV therapy has an established safety profile. We screen all patients during consultation to identify any contraindications. Some people may experience minor bruising at the injection site, temporary warmth, or a metallic taste during certain infusions. We'll discuss all potential effects during your consultation.

You don't need a GP referral prior to booking an appointment with us. At your first appointment we will complete a thorough health assessment, review your current medications, and finalise a plan with a consulting GP before starting your treatment. If we identify any concerns or feel additional investigation is warranted, we may recommend you speak with your GP before continuing.

This varies depending on your individual circumstances and what you're hoping to achieve. Some people have sessions regularly, others use IV therapy on an occasional basis. We'll discuss options during your consultation, but you're never locked into any ongoing commitment. We don't encourage treatments beyond what may be appropriate for your situation.

Eat a healthy meal or snack and drink plenty of water in the hours before your infusion. Arriving well-hydrated makes vein access easier and more comfortable. Avoid alcohol the night before. Bring something to read or listen to if you'd like.

IV vitamin therapy is generally not covered by private health insurance in Australia as it's considered a complementary therapy. We provide receipts for your records, and we recommend checking with your specific provider if you're unsure.

A $60 deposit is required for each IV drip or cellular therapy booked. This secures your appointment time and covers the cost of preparing your treatment in advance, including any applicable prescription fees.
If you book multiple IV drips or cellular therapies, a separate $60 deposit applies to each service. For example, if you book two IV drips, the total deposit required will be $120.
No additional deposit is required for boosters or add-ons added to your treatment.
Your deposit will be credited toward your treatment on the day.
